New contract secured to map the role of social enterprise in delivering offender management services

15/06/2009

EPL one of the founder members of a new consultancy consortium named 'Concilium'.  We formed part of the bidding team which has been commissioned by the Social Enterprise Coalition (SEC) and the National Offender Management Service (NOMS) to

a)    identify  where social enterprises are delivering services to offenders
b)    identify good practice and potential barriers to social enterprises delivering such services
c)understand the opportunities available in an increasing role for social enterprise in the delivery of offender management services.

The research aims to inform policy and lead to greater collaboration between NOMS and social enterprises.

If your organisation works with prisoners, probationers or ex-offenders or you are interested in doing so, please fill in the following quick survey, most of which are multiple choice. The information will be used to give a picture of current social enterprise interaction with NOMS which will be included in the final report.
